How do you ship packages?
Packages shipped directly from our California warehouse are shipped through USPS.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
All items in the same purchase will be sent in one package.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 2 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds/Returns
You can submit refund requests within 14 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (4 days) has expired if the item is unused and in its original condition.
Please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
In general we accept returns:
- If your order arrives damaged in any way
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Lillejen (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
I practice hot yoga regularly - I sweat a fair amount and I stink. I have been a faithful supporter of yogitoes since inception because it’s an essential component for hot flow. Despite washing my towels immediately after practice , inevitably the stink still takes a hold. With a yoga towel that has not happened. I’m washing this 3 times a week - still soft and no issues getting it to ‘adhere/stick’ to my yoga mat. My review title is for real - I just bought two more. Great product and great price!
This is the second one of these towels I’ve bought. I’ve had the other for about 2 years, but sometimes I don’t get it washed before my next yoga session (so it gets a bit stinko). Great towel for the cost. Perfect size. Sticks to my mat just right. Lightweight. Makes a yoga session much more comfortable, especially if you do hot yoga or you are a sweater.
This is perfect for my needs!
Great travel towel. I had another one of these that was just way too tiny, I think I got the extra large which is amazing and worth the slight extra bulk. Like the colors and dries very quickly. Thee snap ring is also awesome, and saved me a few times drying it on a moving boat, where other people lost their belongings even with clips!
I bought this because my gym provides towels, so I didn’t have to shell out for one. The only drawback was that those at the gym aren’t exactly sanitary! This is the perfect solution. It rolls up to a very small and light bundle in my gym bag and I can just toss it in the washing machine once a week.
