How do you ship packages?
Packages shipped directly from our California warehouse are shipped through USPS.
How long does shipping take?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
All items in the same purchase will be sent in one package.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 2 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds/Returns
You can submit refund requests within 14 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (4 days) has expired if the item is unused and in its original condition.
Please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
In general we accept returns:
- If your order arrives damaged in any way
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Lillejen (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
My beard was short and thin, and with this product I have to admit that it has promoted my beard to grow faster and thicker than if I would of just left it by itself.
Not only does this product helps to treat any kind of split ends, because we do get them in our beard, not a fan of the smell though

What an AMAZING product. After my first application with it. I knew this was the one (for me). It held my beards shape for most of the day, wasn't super greasy and had just an overall great performance. Styling your beard and moustache with this stuff, one of the benefits. I was not expecting but was pleasantly surprised to discover how fresh it smells and how that smell sticks with your face the whole day. It adds a whole new layer to my feeling of hygiene -- for example, deodorant, cologne, face moisturizer and now I have this fresh smell on my face where I normally wouldn't. All you need is a small amount in the palm of your hands and then work it into your beard, great with the use of a good beard brush. Definitely recommend this product if you’re looking for treating your beard. Listen, do yourself a favor and try this today. I think it's fantastic.
I got this for my friend for his birthday, and after the first try he just thanked me and purchased more of their products, because it is that good.
Moisturizing effect is very good, prevents itching. You can expect 8 to 10 hours out of it. but i think u wont need more than that. The scent is very nice and application is very easy. I would definitely recommend it for those with mostly straight hair. If you have more curly beard u would like to try out beard balm from the same company; it gives more hold than this.
Man this stuff makes my beard feel so much better! ! It';s softer now. My skin is less irritated now too. And by the way, Vanilla Rum is the best scent. It';s my favorite. My girlfriend's favorite too.
I got this set as a gift for my father and he has used it for about 3 months and he has noticed a slight difference , but not so dramatic,it does work but it takes time.
I got this product for my brother to keep his beard clean, but I did not know it was going to work so well that I gave it a try one time, and I felt such a difference in my hair.
I have not gotten a product from this company that is not top notch, and this one is one of their best for the scent and the way that it leaves your beard after.
