How do you ship packages?
Packages shipped directly from our California warehouse are shipped through USPS.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
All items in the same purchase will be sent in one package.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 2 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds/Returns
You can submit refund requests within 14 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (4 days) has expired if the item is unused and in its original condition.
Please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
In general we accept returns:
- If your order arrives damaged in any way
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Lillejen (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

Love these sunglasses! I was looking for smaller horn rimmed shades and these are perfect, not too small. Really good shade of tint also. After about a month of use they are still very sturdy, and the arms haven’t gotten loose like most inexpensive shades would have by now. Overall value is 10/10. I’ll be ordering more soon.
I really liked the look of these sunglasses. Great value for money, but I wish the size of the glasses was a little larger.
I have kind of an unusually small head, and so it's usually really difficult for me to find sunglasses that don't look huge on me! These are the first ones that I've found that aren't comically big, and I'm so glad that I found them! They were crazy inexpensive and shipped super quickly. Love them!
Hard to find smaller framed sunglasses these days so I took a shot and was pleasantly surprised. These are great - perfect size and lightweight. They don't slip at all and are very comfortable to wear. Great bang for my buck. Hopefully they'll hold -up well but so far I'm very pleased!
Looks good, fits well, solid construction not flimsy. Definitely a great pair of sunglasses at a good price. Very satisfied!
