How do you ship packages?
Packages shipped directly from our California warehouse are shipped through USPS.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
All items in the same purchase will be sent in one package.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 2 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds/Returns
You can submit refund requests within 14 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (4 days) has expired if the item is unused and in its original condition.
Please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
In general we accept returns:
- If your order arrives damaged in any way
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Lillejen (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
This is a fantastic umbrella. It is sturdy and well built and I just know it will last me forever. Additionally the look of it is awesome, not some bulky dark stuff, but something very light and feminine, with trendy prints on it. I was looking for a while before I bought a new umbrella, I wanted one that was an auto open/ auto close, wouldn't turn inside out and was light enough to carry and of course would keep me dry. I have to say I found the perfect product.
My little sister convinced me to buy matching umbrellas and it has been a worthwhile purchase! The umbrella looks cool, very girly and trendy (I guess that’s why she liked it) and it holds up in bad weather. Used it many times already and the lettering is still fine like new and the white color stayed white, didn’t get dirty or washed out.I really cared mostly about whether or not it could do its job of keeping me dry and that it did, so no complaints here, would buy it again in a heartbeat!
I must say that I’m not a fan of fancy prints like that, I would never wear something so loud myself, but getting it as a gift to my friend seemed to work just fine. She liked it a lot, so I guess the umbrella is decent. I haven't tried it myself though.
A wonderful umbrella for trendy girls. I bought it mostly for how cool and unusual the pattern on this umbrella is. I got tired of grey and boring umbrellas… Rainy days are dull enough as they are, so why not try and make them a bit sunnier and happier? The uptown girl umbrella is white with colorful inscriptions on it and cute figures, everything that is written is charming and in good taste, no cringy stuff. This umbrella keeps me dry and stylish, GREAT BUY!
This umbrella is just so different from your common umbrella it is stunning. For starters it is white and I was worried it would get all dirty and messy in rainy weather, but no, the dirt and grime doesn’t stick to it and it still keeps its color. The umbrella is big enough for me, weighs literally nothing and is easy to fold and unfold. Had in with me on rainy days and there’s nothing I could really complain about, well deserved 5/5 from me!
I’ve been carrying this around for half a year, but recently I’ve had to give it away to my daughter when she didn’t bring hers. This umbrella protects you from the elements and keeps you dry. The umbrella is sturdy, it doesn’t get snatched out of your hand in the wind, the grip on the handle is just perfect. I have small hands and it is still easy for me to open and close it without much effort, as well as to hold it for a decent amount of time until my arms get tired. Can easily recommend it to anyone who needs a great-looking umbrella that will last a lifetime.
This umbrella made my day! It’s just so bright and trendy and cool-looking that I just couldn’t miss out on it! I have quite a collection of different umbrellas and this will be a great addition, since it’s just so colorful and intricate in its print and design. I haven't had a chance to wear it yet, but from its construction I can see how well-made it is. I will update when I wear it for the first time!
Cool looking umbrella, purchased it for my daughter to wear in rainy weather. It is not too big, just the right size for her and the pattern on the top really suits her style. The frame is solid and durable, small metal lines on the inside keep the canopy together even in windy weather. I’ve heard her getting many compliments on it, so you can be certain that this is a great gift!
