How do you ship packages?
Packages shipped directly from our California warehouse are shipped through USPS.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
All items in the same purchase will be sent in one package.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 2 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds/Returns
You can submit refund requests within 14 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (4 days) has expired if the item is unused and in its original condition.
Please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
In general we accept returns:
- If your order arrives damaged in any way
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Lillejen (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
Just got them, wore once but I really like them
Great earrings. Worked well with my formal dress but I can imagine wearing them with more casual things as well. The backs have that hard large circle plastic around them but its not noticable and they were totally secure.
I absolutely adore this pair of earrings, they are very shining and light-catching! Plus, they are super light. It makes you look so glamorous on the stage, and even dance on stage --these earrings stay so firmly to your ear that there is absolutely no worries. They are very light weighted, so any moves you wanna do, any angles you wanna turn, they follows seamlessly! Wonderful earrings!! Love the brand!!
Super cute and shiny. Easy to put on. No pinching of the earlobe. Doesn't feel flimsy and came packaged well in a jewelry box with layers of the typical black foam. I wish it was a little bit bigger but its still cute. Can be dressed up or down. No flaws noticed.
These earring are amazing. Not too heavy, thick metal, and so on trend. I wore these to a big corporate business meeting with a suit and they looked very professional and clean. My friend said she liked how thick they looked. Would absolutely recommend
Wanted a dangling earring that wasn't a hoop or just a strand of something. Saw these in black and they fit the bill. In person, they're super cool too. They feel stable, I've worn them several times and haven't worried about the triangle falling off the flat base. The back fits a little tight but after a minute I don't notice. Love the look of these, would definitely recommend.
These are very nice earrings. I wish they were longer. For shorter necked people they would be great.
I have very sensitive ears so I was worried about this purchase. Not only are they light weight, they don't breakout my ears. I get compliments every time I wear them.
This was an impulse buy, but I find myself wearing these earrings quite often. For "cheap" costume jewelry these are worth it.

These earrings are so stylish and fun! The quality is surprisingly good considering they were on the cheaper end. They are my every day earring to really spice up any outfit. The backing of the earrings are really tight as well. They stay secure on your ear and the material is thicker and heavier than expected. I didn't realize they had other colors so I will be purchasing more.

Beautiful earrings... amazing price! Wore them as a bridesmaid and the size was perfect. I was afraid they would be small and look too novelty but they were a very nice medium size. Super sexy but elegant!
