Our California warehouse is responsible for shipping packages exclusively through USPS
How long is the average shipping duration?
The shipping duration can vary depending on the location, typically taking an estimated 2-4 business days. This estimate includes the time required for processing, which is typically one day.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
All items in the same purchase will be sent in one package.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. If you have already paid for your order and wish to make changes or cancel it, you must contact us within 2 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has commenced, cancellation is no longer possible.
Refunds/Returns
If the item remains unused and in its original condition, refund requests can be submitted within a 60-day period.
Please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
In general we accept returns:
- If your order arrives damaged in any way
- If you have received an incorrect item, you have the option to request either a refund or a replacement shipment.
- In the event that you are not satisfied with the received product, you have the option to request a refund. However, please note that you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, and the item must be returned in unused condition.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Lillejen (i.e. delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Lillejen
If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not initiate a return of your purchase unless you have received prior authorization from us.
The charger works great. Very easy to setup - just plug into any usb charger. The lights are helpful to show that the charge is working. Sleek design looks nice.

Product does just as expected. This is my first wireless charger I've ever used, so I don't have anything to compare it to.

The advantage of this charger is anti-slip design, the phone charging dock is protected and charging is stable, avoiding falling damage. This charging pad charges the phone very fast. Easy to use usb cable and slick design. Well worth the price!
Got this to charge my phone at fast speed. The charging pad is very thin and I was able to charge my phone even with a case on it. There are rubber pads on the bottom of the charging pad to prevent it from slipping off smooth surfaces. It came with a charging cable but I used my own since the one provided was a bit shorter.
It charges my phone instantly, there are no delays and it is fast. Recommend this product for everyone.
I purchased this charger for my new iPhone 11. I love the convenience of being able to just lay my phone on this charger without plugging in any charging cable. It works very well, but I do have to mention that my phone feels a little warm after being on the charger for longer periods of time.
Easy to use, and it works great for iPhone or Pixel (I use it for both).
This product seems to work fine. It charges my phone through the case. However, unfortunately it tends to stick to my phone case (otterbox) whenever I set it on it. So when I grab the phone to use it, I get the charger and the cord and anything else the cord can sweep off the table.

This charging pad looks and works great! It’s super thin, looks nice and sleek, and has all the features you'd want - rubber grips on the bottom to prevent it from moving around, auto-shutoff once your phone is charged. I was extremely impressed, especially for the price!
