How do you ship packages?
Packages shipped directly from our California warehouse are shipped through USPS.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you havenāt received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says āno information available at the momentā.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
All items in the same purchase will be sent in one package.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us withinĀ 2 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds/Returns
You can submit refund requests within 14 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (4 days) has expired if the item is unused and in its original condition.
Please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the itemās condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
In general we accept returns:
- If your order arrives damaged in any way
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product youāve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Lillejen (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
The last air freshener I had didnāt last for too long, and the smell wasnāt that great either. I was sceptical about buying this one at first, it just seemed too small, so I wasnāt sure how powerful it would be. But I was pleasantly surprised once I tried it out! The smell is very pleasant, minty and not too āloudā. It also stays for long, and itās been a month already and it didnāt get any weaker. Very good choice!
Very pleasant smell, itās subtle but enough to freshen my car. I used it before and now ordered more to refill, donāt think Iāll ever switch to another model. I like how compact it is and that itās not very noticeable, I donāt really like snazzy things in my carā¦
Loved this air freshener! The quality is just great, I like that itās made of metal, seems very durable. Itās not too big so I can place it practically anywhere, and it has a pretty strong smell btw. I put it in the central console but the scent goes all the way to the back.
Nice and simple... scent could be stronger though... but it does smell pretty good. Will definitely buy refills.
Itās probably one of the best air fresheners Iāve tried so far, I think Iāll stick to it from now on. Itās very convenient to have in the car, can be attached to the vent, gives off a very good scent. No complaints, really.
