How do you ship packages?
Packages shipped directly from our California warehouse are shipped through USPS.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
All items in the same purchase will be sent in one package.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 2 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds/Returns
You can submit refund requests within 14 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (4 days) has expired if the item is unused and in its original condition.
Please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
In general we accept returns:
- If your order arrives damaged in any way
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Lillejen (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
This umbrella looks really cool, I really like blue and navy colors in general, has a nice bubble pattern on it. Purchased one as a gift for my brother as his old umbrella stopped closing. I paid extra-close attention to the opening/closing mechanism and it seemed to work ok. The handle is really comfortable and it’s easy to hold the umbrella even when it’s windy. I ordered one for myself, just a brighter pattern. Good purchase!
Beautiful umbrella for rainy days. Opens quickly and easily, same thing with closing it. No need to worry about jamming your fingers when closing, since the mechanism is smooth. The spikes in the inside are durable and keep the umbrella together even in windy weather. 5/5
I’m rarely writing reviews on products online, but this time I thought I should. This is a PERFECT umbrella. Used it two times now and both times it was heavy rain and strong wind. The umbrella didn’t break or fly away, it did fold once, but I quickly folded it back. The canopy didn’t leak or anything and I was still dry after a 15 minute walk home from school. The grip is really solid, my arm doesn’t tire much and it’s easy to hold. Good quality umbrella that looks cool!
The pattern on this umbrella is really beautiful. The color is bright and the pattern itself is very much inspired by water and ocean. I didn’t have the chance to test it in heavy rain, just light drizzle, but it did its job. It opens and closes smoothly and dries really fast, just shake it a couple of times and fold it. Fits into my purse easily and doesn’t make it a wet mess afterwards. The canopy itself is quite large and looks durable. Thanks for fast delivery and decent quality, not easy to find these days.
Good umbrella. The handle is easy to grip and hold and the umbrella is big enough to fit two people under it. I generally dislike big umbrellas, but this one is kinda medium-size, fits in a glove compartment or a bag, easy to carry around. It is as easy to open/close/wrap-up as any other umbrella I've used. I would recommend this to everyone! I'm very impressed.
The colors on this umbrella are just amazing! I’ve had it for half a year now and left it at a bar, so I'm ordering a new one. The best thing about it is that it doesn’t fade to that gray-blue we all hate and it is really sturdy. I was really impressed with how it kept my shoes dry and didn’t flap in the wind. 100% worth your money and more!
This is a decent umbrella for its price. I’ve had it for some time now and it still works fine. The only issue I have with it is that it’s a little short for my liking. I’m 5.9” and I have to hold my arm up a bit for it not to hit my head and still cover me properly in the rain. Next time I should probably just get a bigger umbrella.
Gets the job of keeping you dry done. I used it for the first time a coupla days ago during a thunderstorm. It didn’t flip inside out and kept me dry, it was easy to hold onto it during gusts of wind.
I really enjoyed using this umbrella, I only wish it was a little bit bigger, since I’m a bigger girl myself. Other than that it is ok.
