We replace items only if they are faulty, defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same issue, please contact us at email@example.com
If 365 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note that buyers will have to bear all costs of returns to our merchants in collaboration, with a proper tracking number for the parcel. We shall not be responsible on any packet missing en-route to us if there is no tracking available for the package.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
★ Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
★ If you are approved, we will immediately process your refund to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
★ First, recheck your bank account
★ If you haven’t received a refund.
★ Then contact your credit card company.
★ Next, contact your bank.
★ If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by using our contact form.
★ Upon purchase of your order, you will be given up to 24 hours to cancel. We will provide you a full refund unconditionally if you cancel your order within 24 hours.
★ However, if the 24 hours window has passed, you will have to wait for your parcel to arrive before you can return it to us.
★ We do not accept cancellation of custom orders. Please take note. Once the custom order is agreed upon and paid for, the sale is considered final.
★ If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'd receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned item is received
★ If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.
