How do you ship packages?
Packages shipped directly from our California warehouse are shipped through USPS.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
All items in the same purchase will be sent in one package.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 2 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds/Returns
You can submit refund requests within 14 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (4 days) has expired if the item is unused and in its original condition.
Please email us as soon as possible at sup[email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
In general we accept returns:
- If your order arrives damaged in any way
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Lillejen (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
Perfect, light weight, fashionable and affordable. They feel sturdy, and I went out on them for the first time today and received three compliments
These sunglasses were bought to replace a pair I had for a couple of years. With that being said, they are amazing replacements to my old pair. I'm on my second pair as I write this - the only reason for that is because they fell off my head running down my apartment stairs and I stepped on them in the process. I was so happy with the product and sad that I'm such a klutz that I just bought another pair. They've held up well since then and I use them pretty much everyday. Concerns I had before purchasing the product was that many people noted the material being extremely pliable, and to me that is a benefit as I can shape the glasses to my face.
These look great and are made of substantial materials, so they don't slide down my nose or shift on my face while I'm wearing them. I've dropped them on the ground and squashed them in my purse without breaking and scratching. Inexpensive enough that when they do break or scratch I'll have received my money's worth.
The glasses are a bit too angled, when they sit on my face it feels as though the top of the frames sit further away from my face while the bottom sits closer to my face. And they are somewhat tight. Now, I have a fat face and I expect that in most glasses but this was more pronounced. I’m keeping them because they’re stylish and actually do block the sun.
Love these sunglasses! The first ones I bought were stolen from my doorstep before I ever got to see or wear them so I ordered another pair. So glad I did because for the money these are so cute and stylish. Love the color and the way they fit my face. These glasses are good for rounder/winder faces which I love. Would buy a 3rd time!
