How do you ship packages?
Packages shipped directly from our California warehouse are shipped through USPS.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
All items in the same purchase will be sent in one package.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 2 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds/Returns
You can submit refund requests within 14 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (4 days) has expired if the item is unused and in its original condition.
Please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
In general we accept returns:
- If your order arrives damaged in any way
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Lillejen (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
This wrist bag is very convenient for carrying my wallet and other stuff. it closes securely with a zipper, so there’s no chance it opens on its own or you lose something while grocery shopping. The quality is through the roof, nothing sticks out anywhere and it’s very spacious which was my whole reason for buying it. Really happy with this purchase! Great wrist piece. I'm purchasing a couple more to start my gift shopping since most of my friends are in love with mine!
This is perfect as a gift from yourself or someone else! Great for everyday use, the size is just right for all the things I need like a wallet and my phone and it still has a little extra space. Closes with a quality zipper that doesn’t jam and opens easily. the bag itself has a nice fruity pattern on it, composed of two layers. On the outside it’s cotton, on the inside it’s some synthetic material. Nice purchase!
I purchased one and it was delivered the next day I ordered it. This particular one is my favorite, it is perfect if you need a small bag to carry stuff around. It fits a lot of stuff and even my tablet (but it’s a smaller one though), so there’s many uses for this little wristlet. The pattern and the color combination look amazing, so if you’re looking for that summertime mood, this one is for you!
I really only care if this wristlet will last a long time and it seems to be well-made. The stitching on it is barely visible, it holds together well even after everyday use. Washed it a few times with all my other things and it still looks amazing! I hope it will last me a while!
I got this as a gift for my gran who had this terrible old wallet that was falling apart at the seams. Not this is her new favorite piece for carrying lightweight things around when she goes out shopping or just out for a stroll. The zipper is easy enough for her to open (I was kinda worried about that part), but sometimes she struggles with closing it for some reason.
I purchased it to keep my things organized without needing to carry around an actual big bag. I honestly got tired of having my pockets full of things that take forever to take out, so I got this little wristlet to take care of this problem. It does its job well so far, since it has enough space for my phone, wallet, lipstick and mascara and it also has a key chain, so there no way I’m losing anything ever again!
Excellent quality! I’ve tried many cloth clutches before and most of them are made poorly and look cheap, but this one didn’t disappoint! It looks incredibly classy and is made to last with the fabric being soft, but sturdy, no threads poking out and no loose stitches. The zipper is a not just any cheap zipper, but a YKK, which means it will last, won’t jam or unravel in some way. I’ve had a YKK zipper on my other bag and it’s still perfectly fine after four years of use, so this will probably last you at least as much, since zippers are usually the most fragile part of a baggie like this.
Quality-wise this wristlet is fine, i just expected it to be much smaller, it is too big for my liking
I purchased it to use as a make-up bag and it is just what I need. It had enough space for my lipstick, creams, foundation, mascara and all the stuff that I need to look my best throughout the day. Just the right size for my glove compartment, I’m really happy with my purchase!
