How do you ship packages?
Packages shipped directly from our California warehouse are shipped through USPS.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you havenāt received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says āno information available at the momentā.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
All items in the same purchase will be sent in one package.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us withinĀ 2 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds/Returns
You can submit refund requests within 14 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (4 days) has expired if the item is unused and in its original condition.
Please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the itemās condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
In general we accept returns:
- If your order arrives damaged in any way
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product youāve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Lillejen (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
I loved these so much I purchased two more pair! I have been wanting a pair of mirrored sunglasses but prices have stopped me. With a busy work/life schedule Iām someone who puts my sunglasses on top of my head and even in my purse something.. they get scratched up so when I saw these for the price I said why not try! Well, they are light in weight, sturdy and so cute! I like how clear I can see out of them, as some sunglasses can be way to dark. As I said, Iāve purchased two more pair, one has arrived and Iām happy to say they are just as sturdy, lightweight and cute. They also come with a microfiber cleaning cloth and a storage bag! Buy them! You wonāt be disappointed.
I have extension lashes I canāt wear most sunglasses due to the lashes it will touch the lens. This pair is perfect. It wonāt get to the lashes and light weight. So fit and comfortable. I love it.
I was hoping for oversized enough to cover my eyebrows because I have one that sets up a tad higher then the other. It was hard to tell by some pictures if they would but I thought Iād try them anyway. So glad I did!! I really like them. If I set them like I normally would they cover, if I pull them down a bit they still look ok to me showing my eyebrows but honestly Iād never wear them that way.
I love these so much, and I get tons of compliments on them. They seem to be well built and the price is very reasonable. This is not my only pair of these and I'll continue to buy them until I die. š
