How do you ship packages?
Packages shipped directly from our California warehouse are shipped through USPS.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
All items in the same purchase will be sent in one package.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 2 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds/Returns
You can submit refund requests within 14 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (4 days) has expired if the item is unused and in its original condition.
Please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
In general we accept returns:
- If your order arrives damaged in any way
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Lillejen (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
These bandanas look sick and are of high quality. They didn't shrink unevenly or unravel like cheaper ones have in the past for me. Washed them many times already and the color is still dark and vibrant, the pattern clear and not smudged and the colors didn’t mix. Good purchase if you need a headband for training or something to cover your head with in hot weather.
This is a stylish and cool-looking piece that is easy to wash and iron. I just threw it with all my other stuff, and it didn’t lose its color and the patterns are in place. I use it as a head covering so I have to wash it often and it has never been a problem. Great quality, much recommended!
Quality stuff! Bought it mostly because it was hand-made, easily my best bandana purchase as of recently! The fabric is really sturdy and gets softer with every wash, made entirely out of cotton. I use it as a bandana mostly, but can be used as a scarf as well.
Most bandanas are a little bit small for my liking, but this one is perfect! I bought these to keep the sweat out of my eyes during workouts.Well worth its money. I recommend washing it before first use, so it gets softer and it doesn’t bleed any color (wasn’t an issue for me).
Super happy with my purchase! The size is very versatile so I can use them as a headband or neck bow tie. Pro tip - you can use them to decorate your bags as well!. Overall I am so happy with my purchase and highly recommend if you look for some cool-looking bandanas that elevate your fashion!
Bought this for my mom for gardening stuff and just LOVES it! She looks so good in it that I’m considering getting one for myself.
The fabric is a little bit stiff at first, but it’s 100% cotton so it gets softer after the first wash. Nice pattern and it's hand-made here, so it’s much better than some cheap stuff.
Decent quality, not too hot or too cold. Cool pattern
Good quality, after four washes the color doesn’t fade to that cheap-looking whitish-blue. This one is still dark blue and the white parts didn’t dye blue, they stayed white. The fabric is intact, no loose threads after washing! Stylish and well-made product, will buy again!
I ordered two of these and I’m really happy with my purchase! These are cotton, which means they do not irritate the skin and are all-natural. The patterns on these bandanas are stylish and mysterious-looking and the colors are bright and stay that after washing and drying them. Try wearing them with a cap or a small straw hat (that’s what I do), I was not disappointed, good purchase!
