How do you ship packages?
Packages shipped directly from our California warehouse are shipped through USPS.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
All items in the same purchase will be sent in one package.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 2 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds/Returns
You can submit refund requests within 14 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (4 days) has expired if the item is unused and in its original condition.
Please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
In general we accept returns:
- If your order arrives damaged in any way
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Lillejen (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
Bought as a gift i hope the chain is stronger than it looks
Very pleased with my recent purchase, good quality & prompt delivery.
Arrived well before the estimated time. This is a really lovely necklace. The chain is delicate and has a twist to it that looks very attractive when it catches the light. The length is perfect and sits just below my collar bone, so it can be seen when wearing most things without being tight or uncomfortable. This is a really attractive, delicate and understated piece of jewellery that can be worn every day and for every occasion.
I used this product as an 80th birthday present for my wife who was delighted with it.
I'm so pleased with it. It's beautiful and exquisite. The chain is really pretty with the heart pendant. Very well made. It's very light and sometimes it does feel like it's not there. But it's not flimsy.

I purchased the Necklace not knowing how it would be received as had not bought a heart shaped one before. However my Partner is very pleased with it and just what she wanted. So I am in her goods books thank you.
