How do you ship packages?
Packages shipped directly from our California warehouse are shipped through USPS.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
All items in the same purchase will be sent in one package.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 2 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds/Returns
You can submit refund requests within 14 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (4 days) has expired if the item is unused and in its original condition.
Please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
In general we accept returns:
- If your order arrives damaged in any way
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Lillejen (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
These were so cute and actually pretty durable! Everywhere I went I got compliments on them. I thought since they were pretty cheap they would be a wear and throw kind of pair by the end of the summer. But they lasted on my week long vacation to Hawaii with sand, salt water, etc.and they did not scratch and they lasted long after the vacation ended as well. These might be the most durable sunglasses I've ever had (I'm a cheap sunglasses wearer if you couldn't tell). I may just buy another pair to replace them though!

I am so impressed with the quality of these sunglasses, as well as the quality in which they were shipped! The glasses are well-made, sturdy, and oh so stylish! True to color and a great fit - I was worried since my head seems to be larger than the average female's, but they fit quite comfortably! Highly recommend if you want a pair of sunglasses that are cute, stylish, and make a statement!
I love these and surprised at how clearly I see through them -- better than some expensive sunglasses I have purchased. They cut the glare and they're cute. I've gotten a number of compliments on them. Would buy other pairs in the future. Good value. The overall quality for the price really pleasantly surprised me, as they're quite nice.
I love these sunglasses. They are very well made. The only problem that I have with them is that the bridge of my nose is very small and they fall down so I can see my eyebrows and I don't like that look on me, but if they can fit you face good; they are the best sunglasses to have. Beautiful and I will highly recommend them.
These are so cute and look just like the picture! I love them and they came quickly! The only fault is the glass on one side is poking out a little but not enough where I'd worry it'll pop out so it's no biggie, still love them!
I love them! They're a great pair of glasses. Definitely a statement piece for everyday wear. The only thing that could make them better is being prescription! Super fast shipping too. Fab glasses, I will definitely be buying from this seller again.
I've been wearing these every day and I love them. They look cute and unique and I love the color. I only noticed how bad my other sunglasses are after wearing these. I don't have to still squint my eyes while I'm out in the sun.
