How do you ship packages?
Packages shipped directly from our California warehouse are shipped through USPS.
How long does shipping take?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
All items in the same purchase will be sent in one package.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 2 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds/Returns
You can submit refund requests within 14 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (4 days) has expired if the item is unused and in its original condition.
Please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
In general we accept returns:
- If your order arrives damaged in any way
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Lillejen (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
Good choice, happy I purchased them. No beads or pills form after multiple washes. Very stretchy, I have size 12 and they still fit me fine. Come in white color with dots, I would LOVE to have other colors too. White remains white for a long time and they stay on your foot no matter what!
CUTEST socks EVER! They have this polka dot pattern on them that is really fun and brings happy memories from my childhood. I wasn’t raised in foster care, but I can imagine what it’s like and how hard it gets… Really happy that my purchase will help make a difference for kids in foster care.
Got tired of ugly boring black dress socks, so I got a set of different color patterns to wear at work. My pals have a lot of fun asking me what kind of socks I’m wearing now and where I purchased them. Having a collection of these helps to stand out and support a good cause.
First time I bought them for the cause (they donate money from sales to charity), second time I bought them for the quality. The fabric is nice to the touch and doesn’t get wet easily, my feet don’t get all moist and smelly and the upper part doesn’t push on my calf too much, so I can wear them all day long and not get those little trace socks leave after you take them off.
BEST socks ever - white with very bright colorful dots. Washed them many times and they stay white. I was worried the dots would dye the white part of the sock during washing, but colors remained as they should. I have size 10, the socks fit great, don’t bunch up in shoes and are made with cotton, so my feet breathe and don’t smell even after a long day at work.
Bought these socks to support children in foster care and also donated some money too. It’s great that I just buy an everyday item and help people in need. The socks seem well-made and the fabric is easy to wash and dry. Had them for only a week now, hope they will last a long time.
Worth the money, but I need more color options. It’s cool that they signify helping foster care kids, but you can do that with different colors, right?
The socks are long, cover my calf and stay where they are supposed to. They don’t roll down so I don’t need to readjust them all the time. Most socks wear down quickly, but these I’ve had for a month and they didn’t lose shape and didn’t turn into this grey mess white socks usually turn into. Props to the manufacturers for coming up with the idea of a common pair of socks that can help me make a statement about myself.
I’ve been in foster care for some time myself and when I saw these and found out that a share of profits goes to foster care something just clicked. Lol I got three pairs without even thinking, these are really worth their buck, not only for the quality, but also for the cause.
