How do you ship packages?
Packages shipped directly from our California warehouse are shipped through USPS.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
All items in the same purchase will be sent in one package.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 2 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds/Returns
You can submit refund requests within 14 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (4 days) has expired if the item is unused and in its original condition.
Please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
In general we accept returns:
- If your order arrives damaged in any way
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Lillejen (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
The necklace feel heavy like the real thing,good gold color, is amazing I love it. I recommend it to anyone.
This is a very pretty necklace that isn’t too heavy and can go with a lot of outfits. The necklace clasp is very easy to use but is tight enough to not unlatch while I’m wearing it. Looking forward to wearing this more during the summer!

I just received my chain a few days ago. I’m in love with the shine and detail. Super cool chain. My neck hasn’t turned green and I made a mistake and showered with it. I have received a few compliments on it, and definitely would purchase again
I put this on and really like how it looks, the length and the chunkiness of the links. It isn't a terribly long chain, but it isn't a really short one either. With many of my more dressy shirts or dresses, this chain would look fine. Men, get your own! This one is mine, mine, mine! :)
The chain was simplistic yet kind of fancy. It's good for everyday wear, it's comfortable, and it lays flat around your neck. I would recommend this piece of jewelry.

The necklace is beautiful. However, for me, this was a no-go. The links are too big for my taste as well as my stature.
I really like! It looks very cool with any outfit. I wore it with a dress and it gave it an awesome edgier look. The material is very durable and strong. It looks good on both male and female. My younger brother thought it looked cool and wants one too! He said “I’ve wanted one my whole life” granted he is only 9.
Really well made. Well packaged. Not flimsy. Chain does have some weight to it! Adjustable length to fit all needs. Does not look cheap. Can't wait to show it off!
