How do you ship packages?
Packages shipped directly from our California warehouse are shipped through USPS.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
All items in the same purchase will be sent in one package.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 2 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds/Returns
You can submit refund requests within 14 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (4 days) has expired if the item is unused and in its original condition.
Please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
In general we accept returns:
- If your order arrives damaged in any way
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Lillejen (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
This is my second brush, the first one lasted five years with cleaning it monthly but after time you lose hairs. For those who like to control the amount of foundation you apply this is perfect. Add some makeup to the top of your hand, use it as an easel and apply and the small side is perfect for products used under the eyes! Love this brush!

Love it. Perfect for foundation application. One brush double sided works great also for concealers on the other end. Bought one before that fell apart and the brittles started falling off. Repurchased 2 a while ago and have not had any more issues. Why repurchased: Had to give it another chance since it was exactly what I was looking for and loved it while it lasted.
This is a very practical brush to have, which comes in a container you can keep it in. I have a lot of brushes and this is the one I use the most.
I love doing my makeup and I find that the cheaper brushes work just fine for me when blending smaller areas like eyeshadow, blush, and lipstick. I don’t mind paying extra for this luxury brush to apply and blend foundation and concealer. It works like a dream & makes my face look flawless regardless of what foundation or concealer that I use!!
I love this brush. I use the larger side for a cream bronzer on my cheekbones and the smaller side to snatch my nose with the same bronzer. It does a good job blending and is so soft. I rarely find brush bristles after application.
This brush is so nice & soft. I received so many compliments on it. My only complaint is that it's hard to clean.
This brush is amazing, especially the printer side. Love it.
