How do you ship packages?
Packages shipped directly from our California warehouse are shipped through USPS.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
All items in the same purchase will be sent in one package.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 2 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds/Returns
You can submit refund requests within 14 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (4 days) has expired if the item is unused and in its original condition.
Please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
In general we accept returns:
- If your order arrives damaged in any way
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Lillejen (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
The bracelet is perfect for my 18-yr old son. Just the right width for a young man.

I'm only giving it 4 stars because I lost it while riding my bike.
I like the solid feel of this bracelet. It is a simple piece but it really adds to the overall look. I'm a fairly plain guy, but I'm trying to add some variety to my look. The bracelet is well made, and only actual force from a heavy object would break this thing. IE; Actively trying to break it will eventually do so. Otherwise it should survive all activities you perform. The clasp works fine and far from flimsy. And there's no chance it will undo itself once it is on. It won't snag on something and pop off. I do not shower with it on, as I'd rather take it off.
Very nice and very secure, it does not unhinge itself.
I just got this set in the mail. It looks very nice! Only one thing is not so great - which is why I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5. The piece is too lightweight for me, I’m worried that my normal wear will break it. Other than that, I'm very happy with my purchase.
I really like it, but the clasp broke within the first week…
The shipping was fast, a day earlier than the arrival period. I have had the bracelet for nearly a week and I love it! The clasp is great. The whole bracelet has good weight to it and is highly polished. Very pleased 😀
