Our California warehouse is responsible for shipping packages exclusively through USPS
How long is the average shipping duration?
The shipping duration can vary depending on the location, typically taking an estimated 2-4 business days. This estimate includes the time required for processing, which is typically one day.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
All items in the same purchase will be sent in one package.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. If you have already paid for your order and wish to make changes or cancel it, you must contact us within 2 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has commenced, cancellation is no longer possible.
Refunds/Returns
If the item remains unused and in its original condition, refund requests can be submitted within a 60-day period.
Please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
In general we accept returns:
- If your order arrives damaged in any way
- If you have received an incorrect item, you have the option to request either a refund or a replacement shipment.
- In the event that you are not satisfied with the received product, you have the option to request a refund. However, please note that you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, and the item must be returned in unused condition.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Lillejen (i.e. delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Lillejen
If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not initiate a return of your purchase unless you have received prior authorization from us.
Hooks were intended in the kitchen for souvenir products on the white wall. I liked it, they hold well on a double-sided thick tape. Happy with the goods.
I order for the second time, everything is fine without any harm. The speed of delivery for the goods is striking. Seller definitely recommend!
It won't stick for long if you put slightly heavier keys or scissors for example. But I used gorilla gum to refix them and they haven't come off since. They look really pretty on the wall!
After reading the reviews, i hanged them with command strips. And it looks great!!

Adorable!!! Haven't hung them up yet but my husband thinks it may be a good idea to hang them up with something stronger than the adhesive strips it comes with so that keys won't pull them down. I love color, so this is a great addition to my kitchen where we keep our keys.

These umbrella key hooks are so cute! I did not give a great rating for adhesion because I used Command Strips to put them up as I am in a rented home. Otherwise I like them a lot!

Plastic umbrellas, fastened on the two sides of the tape, look beautiful.
I was prepared to use another method to put them on the wall but decided to try the original first. A year later they are still hanging strong! I haven't had any problem with weight, and we have a ton of crap on them! I think the key is to clean the wall first and not move it. These are adorable and the right price, but on closer inspection, they can look somewhat cheap...which they are so it doesn't bother me. I would buy these again.

The adhesive could be a little stronger, but I was hanging on a painted wall so I'm guessing it might have worked better on a smoother surface. Overall, these are very cute and colorful!

These are super cute! The hooks are pretty flemsie and don’t hold much. I am just using them for decoration.
I haven't tried if it's good to hang something, I don't think it looks like the weak hook, but it's a pretty ornament.
I ordered these to go along with my "rain cloud" theme for our kids bedroom... we are doing foster care and I needed a unisex theme and for some reason rain clouds popped in my mind. I was so excited when I found these because I wanted to add a bit of color to make it pop. The colors are vibrant and they are well made. They came with sticky backing to put them up so it was no hassle at all and I absolutely love them.

Nice item for home! love them!! just what i needed for my rain themed project. i’m putting them on canvas so i can put it anywhere, without stuck on any particular wall.
One of the umbrellas was a little chipped but you can hardly tell. Don’t use the adhesives they come with, use command strips.
These little umbrellas are so cute. I put them in a corner of our room. I've got rings, necklaces, bracelets and small charms on them. They have a very adhesive back and a good hold. They're very bright colored and I'd reccomend to others. Would be great in a child's room.
Beautiful umbrellas, as in the photo, are well attached, hold on the wall, the Keys stand. The only thing that the handle at the umbrella is a little crooked, but when you hang the keys, it aligns, I think in the future it aligns forever due to constant load. Recommend to buy!
Really cute, easy to put up and good quality. Took a long time to arrive but at this time it’s understandable . I bought these hooks so I could hang a couple of Evil Eye medallions that I bought in blue to hang in my new kitchen. The ones I received were perfect! These hooks are really nice if you're looking for owl hooks.
