How do you ship packages?
Packages shipped directly from our California warehouse are shipped through USPS.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
All items in the same purchase will be sent in one package.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 2 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds/Returns
You can submit refund requests within 14 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (4 days) has expired if the item is unused and in its original condition.
Please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
In general we accept returns:
- If your order arrives damaged in any way
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Lillejen (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

I got these for my girls and they love it!
I love this water bottle! It has such a soft feel to it. I am going to order another as a gift. I am able to attach this to my dog’s leash with the carabiner it came with. And I only need a little bit of water while I am on my hour long walk with my dog so it works our perfect. I’m looking forward to taking this in to the woods with me this summer.
I live in a very hot climate so I drink a lot of water. I don't like buying bottled water because it seems wasteful. I bought this to try to cut down on my ecological footprint. It's very nice and the color is spot on. It doesn't leak and comes with a carabiner to clip it to your bag. I also appreciate that it can collapse for easy storage.
So perfect for travel; easily attaches to my diaper bag or backpack, takes up very little space when empty, no worrying about broken glass or single-use plastic when out and about. What an awesome water bottle! Will be ordering more for the rest of the family!
I use this product a lot in my daily life, whether it be at school, at home, or just walking around! Its great compact size holds a bunch of water without taking a lot of space. It eventually began to leak out of where the bottle beets the cap, but a quick tighten fixed it. This is a very good product!
Great for traveling and amusement parks! Easy to clean (we only use water in them)
