How do you ship packages?
Packages shipped directly from our California warehouse are shipped through USPS.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
All items in the same purchase will be sent in one package.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 2 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds/Returns
You can submit refund requests within 14 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (4 days) has expired if the item is unused and in its original condition.
Please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
In general we accept returns:
- If your order arrives damaged in any way
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Lillejen (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
As a gay man, I find it hard to find fabulous accessories. However, these were a pleasant surprise. Usually, when I order sunglasses, they end up being way too small. However, when I saw these, I couldn't NOT order them. They came very quickly, and fit perfectly. They are so gorgeous! They look and feel high quality. I also get compliments every single time I wear them! I definitely recommend these to someone looking for a fashion forward pair of glasses!
I'm not super impressed with them. I thought the glasses would be more gold and fit better on my face. It doesn't look like they'd block out sunlight at all, but I still like them. Recommend!
I get compliments wherever I go with these! People love them. BUT not everyone can rock them. Tbh I have a big head so I wear them well if you have an average or small head (and you know whether you do or don't 😏) Anyway they look cool and I love it!

Uhhh I LOVE these glasses. Literally I get compliments every time I wear them. They look so high- end and I’m obsessed. I want them in other colors because they are THAT GOOD. I do have to clean them often and they get hot if I leave them in my car but listen, these glasses are KILLER and I wanna order more!! Don’t hesitate just buy!!
