How do you ship packages?
Packages shipped directly from our California warehouse are shipped through USPS.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
All items in the same purchase will be sent in one package.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 2 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds/Returns
You can submit refund requests within 14 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (4 days) has expired if the item is unused and in its original condition.
Please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
In general we accept returns:
- If your order arrives damaged in any way
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Lillejen (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
The packaging is perfect, the quality is very good, the appearance is very beautiful, the child likes it very much, and does not want to take it off.
There are probably too many features for a 6 year old, but for older kids it will be perfect. Loved the quality of the band and the design.
This watch is excellent! We got it for my daughter as a gift for her birthday! She loves it and it works great! I definitely recommend it!!
My 6 years old son bought this watch for himself. He loves all the functions the watch offers. Very good value for the price.
My 10 year old son really likes this watch. It is a great size for his wrist (not big and bulky like some) and still looks cool for his age. I like that it has a comfortable and smooth watch strap, especially for those who are more sensitive to wearing accessories/things against their skin. Another benefit is that it is waterproof and has practical features!
I gave this to my 6 year old son, he loves it! It's waterproof so we don't have to worry about it getting wet or taking it off during bath time! Only thing to add is the settings are a bit tricky, so I wouldn't recommend it for under 5. But it's perfect, my son was happy to show all his friends at school.
It is my nephew's birthday gift. He loves all digital watches. Finally, I found this fashionable sporty dial design for him, it is a sports style outlook. I gave this gift to him last week, he loved it, wore it every day, it is very easy to set up. It is super!!
Mid-month is the child's birthday. I believe that he likes this watch very much, because it has an alarm clock, and there is also the date, and the hands are luminous, so he can check the time in the dark. He really seems to enjoy it.
I Promised my daughter I would buy a watch for her for a long time. Now I did it. She likes it. You may be thinking, but why did I choose blue color? Because if she doesn't use it anymore, my little son can still use it. It looks cool and is easy to adjust.
The color is a very calming light blue, and the design is kind of ‘grown up’, which is exactly what my son wanted. We had some problems with the settings, but it’s all good now.
My 8 year old loves this watch! She's gotten it wet but is still a bit scared to fully submerge it. She likes the lit-up hands in the dark. Haven't used any other functions on it yet
This is a beautiful boys’ watch. The wrist is in silicone and it's a very solid one. The watch is well made. Many functions (alarm, light, chrono), a very good gift for kids.
I purchased the watch as a gift for my eight year old son and was very impressed when it arrived. It seems to be a very well built watch that I'm sure will hold up.
