How do you ship packages?
Packages shipped directly from our California warehouse are shipped through USPS.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
All items in the same purchase will be sent in one package.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 2 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds/Returns
You can submit refund requests within 14 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (4 days) has expired if the item is unused and in its original condition.
Please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
In general we accept returns:
- If your order arrives damaged in any way
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Lillejen (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

Perfect sized frames!
Here’s the thing. I’m running off day 5 of dry shampoo and 4 hours of sleep. I’m tired and I feel far from glamorous but I whipped out my cat eye glasses and suddenly I feel like I can attack the day and feel dang cute while waiting in the parent pick up line at my kids school. Sure they’re only sunglasses but if a few bucks can give my self-esteem a boost then Hell yeah i'm going to recommend them.
These are great sunglasses! They fit well and are packaged very nicely.
These glasses are not only adorable but very comfy. They fit well on my face and my face is on the bigger side, they are tight enough to not slide off or around but also sit comfortably on my face.
Usually cat eye glasses don’t look good on me but I took a chance on these. Because I ruin my face with my face, it’s nice to have some shades that cover that hot mess and look good while doing so. I think these could compliment any face shape.

Very cute and stylish. They have great shape and color to them and seem to be good material. Only complaint is that they are a little loose fitting on me and slide off very easily. It is kind of annoying when I look down because they will fall off. Anyway, these are really great
