How do you ship packages?
Packages shipped directly from our California warehouse are shipped through USPS.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
All items in the same purchase will be sent in one package.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 2 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds/Returns
You can submit refund requests within 14 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (4 days) has expired if the item is unused and in its original condition.
Please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
In general we accept returns:
- If your order arrives damaged in any way
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Lillejen (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
I love these sunglasses. I love that the lenses are green, but when you see through them the glasses aren't dark. I can see the road perfectly. Helps that there polarized too. These are my favorite pair of sunglasses. My windows are tinted and when i look out of my window, I see all kinds of colors on windows and even the sky. It's pretty awesome.
The sunglasses are awesome! They are super light weight so they barely feel like they are resting on top of your head or over your eyes. I wore them to Ocean City, MD and it was wonderful to have polarized sunglasses at the beach. They held up well even with getting sand and salt water on them. Some small dots of black on the lens but I didnt notice any decrease in the coverage or visibility. The mirrored lenses looked great in pictures and I used the hard shell case often and they didn't feel heavy in there either. They are a great investment if you don't like to spend a lot on sunglasses but still want incredible quality.
Love these! Cheap glasses that perform just as well as a pricier pair. I've gotten a lot of compliments on these. Bought a similar pair from another seller and was very disappointed. Will definitely buy more pairs in the future!
Wow. What a fantastic deal on some exceptionally awesome, cheap sunglasses. Let’s cut to the chase; they’re cheap sunglasses but the better term is “inexpensive” because they don’t look or wear cheap at all. They are stylish and legit polarized glasses that won’t break your heart if they break. I’m really shocked at how great these are. Do it! They’re awesome and a total steal.
I have a small face so sunglasses are hard to find for me because I cant stand those stupid big bug eye sunglasses that chicks seem to wear all the time. Mens sunglasses are simply too big. I was very skeptical on buying sunglasses online because I cant try 'em on. I'm very glad I purchased these. They're dark which is what I have to have, the green matches my now green hair and most importantly they fit my face. Plan on buying a second pair.
I say the thought of buying on line vs at a stores where one can try them on was a little concerning to me. But as the price was not wallet breaker I said what the heck........got them and I say they are real nice, the frame is strong and not weak, with the heat here in Arizona the frames to not flex or slide of my nose.......they look great and fit is awesome so I say get a pair or two......
I bought these sunglasses for my boyfriend, as an alternative to an expensive pair of Raybans, because he seems to misplace or scratch sunglasses quite often. Even without considering the price, these completely live up to your expectations of polarized sunglasses. They are light, comfortable, and look awesome! They shade your eyes well, and really are just a great pair of sunglasses. Buy these, you won't regret it! I might even get another pair, as a backup, just in case :)
