How do you ship packages?
Our California warehouse is responsible for shipping packages exclusively through USPS
How long is the average shipping duration?
The shipping duration can vary depending on the location, typically taking an estimated 2-4 business days. This estimate includes the time required for processing, which is typically one day.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
All items in the same purchase will be sent in one package.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
All orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. If you have already paid for your order and wish to make changes or cancel it, you must contact us within 2 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has commenced, cancellation is no longer possible.
If the item remains unused and in its original condition, refund requests can be submitted within a 60-day period.
Please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
In general we accept returns:
- If your order arrives damaged in any way
- If you have received an incorrect item, you have the option to request either a refund or a replacement shipment.
- In the event that you are not satisfied with the received product, you have the option to request a refund. However, please note that you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, and the item must be returned in unused condition.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Lillejen (i.e. delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Lillejen
If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not initiate a return of your purchase unless you have received prior authorization from us.
